Kriya Rotation

The Bhagavad Gita as translated by Goswami Kriyananda sates in chapter 4 sloka 29:
Offering the upward and downward breaths
As Vishnu's esoteric stance,
The yogi obtains the holy trance,
Attaining Samadhi, finding swift advance.

The Practice:
The Kriya Rotation is a rotation upward through the chakras using the breath. This practice should be done with an erect and effortless body position where the chakras are aligned and open. On the inbreath you will begin your awareness at the root chakra and then draw the energies up through each chakra up to the sun center and then pausing the breath and resting awareness at the sun center or Agna Chakra. Then when you are ready to exhale, guide the energies out the forehead, around the top of head and then down the back of the body like a waterfall. begin the practice again with the next breath.
